Nicolás Bracigliano

Senior Software Engineer

👋 Hello there!

I am Nicolás Bracigliano, the voice behind BIT-acora. I am a passionate Senior Software Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the ever-evolving tech industry. I did a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in Argentina and quickly immersed myself in the fascinating world of coding, algorithms, and software architecture.

My passion for technology took root at a tender age of seven. In a move that might seem unusual for most kids my age, I remember vividly how I traded the prospect of a grand birthday party for a more enticing reward – my very first computer. My parents, though surprised, saw my genuine enthusiasm and agreed to my unique proposition. Getting my hands on that keyboard was a magical moment, sparking a curiosity and fascination that has driven my journey ever since. As I delved into the realms of coding and computing, it soon became clear that this was not just a passing interest, but a lifelong passion. And this passion didn’t stop at just using technology – I was captivated by the idea of creating, enhancing, and shaping it, a pursuit that eventually led me to become a software engineer.

I started my career at the university where I was studying, focusing on databases. Since then, I have worked for various tech companies, leading teams, managing projects, and developing strong software solutions that have reached millions of users worldwide. I am skilled in multiple programming languages, including C#, Typescript, and PHP, and have extensive experience in cloud computing, software architecture, and clean code.

But ‘BIT-acora’ isn’t just about the technical side of things. Over the years, I’ve found that the most valuable lessons often come from unexpected places, such as navigating team dynamics, learning from failures, or exploring outside of my comfort zone. I believe in the importance of lifelong learning and continuous improvement, and I hope that by sharing my experiences and insights, I can help others in their own professional journeys.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a passionate swimmer, an avid reader, a music lover, and a coffee connoisseur. I believe that the best ideas often come when you least expect them, and there’s nothing like a good trek or an excellent book to stimulate the mind.

Thank you for stopping by BIT-acora I hope you find the content insightful, engaging, and, most importantly, helpful in your own tech journey. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or drop me an email if you have any questions or just want to chat about all things tech!
